| 内容記述 | 改定（改訂）された幼稚園教育要領・保育所保育指針・認定こども園教育保育要領において、保育者一人ひとりが自分自身の保育を振り返り・省察し、保育を自分自身でカリキュラム・マネジメントしていくことについて言及された。本研究では、保育の振り返りのプロセスに着目し振り返りのプロセスの中で対話や子ども理解の深まり、可視化していくことについて、振り返りの実態調査とインタビューによりる調査・検討を行った。振り返りのプロセスは、自分自身の見方を正しく評価し、こうであるべではなくどの様なことも受け入れられる心構えが重要である。子どものことを見ようとして見ることではなく、見えてくることを見逃さないこと。「よく見る」より「よく見える」事を意識していくことで必要がある。その上で物理的な時間を確保しながら、振り返りや対話の方法を、自分達なりに考えていく事が重要である。そして振り返りる事ですぐに何かが見えるようになることではなく、何でも受け入れらるようにしておくことでみえてくるのである。 | |||||||||||
