本学幼児教育学科において、2018 年度より自然体験活動指導士（NEAL）の資格取得を取り入れた野外活動実習に取り組んでいる。そこで、実習前後で質問紙調査を実施し、この活動が学生たちにとってどのような学びにつながったのか、本実習の効果、課題点を見出すことを目的とし、研究を行った。結果と考察から、自然体験活動を行う機会として、本実習が役立っている、効果がある点が明らかになった。また、学びとしては、保育者として、指導者として必要なスキルである、コミュニケーション力についての学びが深まったという意見が多くみられた。今年度導入したNEALの資格取得プログラムについても、動機づけ等において実施する効果が見られた。 |

At the department of early childhood education at our university, we are working on outdoor activity practice incorporating acquisition of qualification of nature experience activity guidance officer (NEAL) from fiscal 2018. Therefore, we conducted a questionnaire survey before and after practical training, and conducted research to find out what kind of learning this activity had for students, the effect of this practice, and the problem. Results and discussion revealed the point that this practice is useful as an opportunity to conduct nature experience activities. In addition, as learning, there were many opinions that learning about communication skills, which is a necessary skill as a childcare person and a leader, has deepened. Even for NEAL's qualification acquisition program introduced this fiscal year, there was an effect to be implemented in motivation etc. |
