| 内容記述 | 企業は学生にコミュニケーション能力を求めており、コミュニケーション能力の高い人材が社会で活躍する可能性が高いと考えている。そして短大・大学は学生が就職に向けて、在学中に企業が求めるレベルまでコミュニケーション能力を育成することが求められ、多くの短大・大学では学生のコミュニケーション能力育成を目的としたアクティブ・ラーニング型の授業を行っている。本稿では、イベントを通して、学生のコミュニケーション能力育成のための、アクティブ・ラーニングを取り入れた授業の試みとその成果と課題を考察する。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Employers seek communication skills in students, and think that there is a high possibility that human resources with high communication skills will be active in society. And junior colleges and universities are required to nurture students' communication skills to the level required by employers during their studies for employment. Accordingly many junior colleges and universities practice Active Learning classes designed to develop students' communication skills.The purpose of this study is to examine the attempts of Active Learning classes for the development of students' communication skills through events, their results and issues. | |||||||||||
