| 内容記述 | 本論文の目的は、計量テキスト分析を通じて、保育所実習前後での学生の保育士像の変化を明らかにすることである。分析結果として、保育所実習前は母親の代理や子どもと遊ぶことを楽しめる優しい存在という保育士像であったが、保育所実習後は子どもの発達支援や子どもの発達を促すような人的物的環境を構成する専門職としての保育士像へと変化していたことが明らかとなった。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to clarify the change of the image of nursery school teachers before and after practical training in nursery school. As the result of quantitative text analysis, it was shown that the image before the training was a surrogate mother or a kind person who liked to play with children, but the image after the training was a professional who tried to make significant environments such as developmental support for children. | |||||||||||
