| 内容記述 | 児童館の機能・役割の中でも「遊び」や「遊びの指導」はどのように捉えられているのだろうか。児童厚生員としての遊びの捉え方、遊びを援助する上での意識・配慮等について、法規定及び平成 30 年度に改正された児童館ガイドラインから検証していく。さらに、児童厚生員の資格取得を目指す学生自身の遊びに関する知識や遊び体験について明らかにするとともに、学生に対し、実習を通して体験した遊びや、遊びに参加していた子ども達の様子、職員の様子などを実習後に振り返る形で調査し、学生の遊び体験実態と児童館実習における遊び体験の影響について考察していく。 | |||||||||

Will review the legal provisions and guidelines for children’s centers revised in FY2018, to grasp, as a child welfare worker, how to contemplate “play” and awareness and consideration for helping play. Furthermore, clarified the knowledge and play experience of the students aiming to acquire qualifications for child welfare staff, and after the practical training surveyed plays that students experienced through the training, the state of children participating in play, and the state of staffs.Consider the impact of before and after play experience of training at children’s center. | |||||||||
