 note = {公立学校において、道徳教育の指導のあり方が不充分であるという問題は、政権を担当する与党自民党の政治家たちにとって、長年の懸案事項となってきた。2018（平成 30）年からは小学校において、2019（平成 31）年からは中学校において、道徳教育が特別の「教科」としていよいよ指導されることが決定されている。しかしながらこの決定には、多くの問題が見え隠れしている。その問題とは何か、を明らかにしたい。, In this country Japan, moral education in public school has been highly controversial for many years especially in the ruling party the Liberal Democratic Party. Some politicians have wanted to enforce　teachers in public school on teaching moral education. They decide to live up to their expectations, so from in 2018 at elementary school and in 2019 at junior high school moral education will start to be taught as subject, however there might be some big problems about that. I would like to clear up the problems.},
