As the concept of gendered innovation,which considers gender differences, and femtech, which solves women's unique health problems with technology, are spreading, the use of diverse research personnel,including women, will create new value and bring about innovation. In this paper, from the perspective of the diversity and innovation of human resources in science and technology, we add a multifaceted examination of the issues surrounding the paper productivity and career development of female researchers in the STEM field. As a result, we clarified the actual situation of underestimation (Matilda effect) and bias toward women in terms of the number of papers and highly cited papers, the conversion coefficient for full-time research, degree acquisition, employment status,research achievements and promotion.
